This quarter’s Top Supervisors Meeting for the offices in the Western conference of our DIRECTV division took place on May 2, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. 
The top supervisors from the Denver office that were selected to go included: Gary Cure, Scott Carter, and Chris Russell. With over 200 in attendance, these leaders were given an amazing opportunity to network with other top supervisors, assistant managers and managers accross the country. They were given the chance to learn from the best of the best! 
The company’s top managers spoke on various topics including: driving sales, setting goals, building a team, impacts, team identity, promotions, building relationships, brand management, customer service, training, and interviewing. As these supervisors prepare for management, this meeting pushes them over the edge. For many years, statistics have shown that 3 out of 4 supervisors that are invited to attend a Top Supervisors Meeting have been promoted into management. 
Gary, Scott, and Chris returned to Denver with an abundance of information that they will impact the rest of the team on, along with an extensive list of the company’s top performers that they will continue to network with as they push for a promotion into management.
