Entourage Management is contracted to represent its clients inside of thousands of retailers nationwide. Although the company has expanded significantly in the past few years, Entourage still has room to grow into many new cities across the country.  In order to do so, Entourage needs more vendors, supervisors, assistant managers, and managers to join the team.

Vendor

As a vendor, you are learning about our clients, their products, and the strategies we use to market them.  You are learning how to build relationships and relate to customers.  Once you have learned the marketing and advertising aspects of Entourage, you will then learn how to train other vendors. As a vendor at Entourage Management, you must be eager to learn everyday.  Vendors are responsible for maintaining a positive attitude inside and outside of the office, working to the best of their ability day in and day out, as well as maintaining consistency.

Supervisor

A supervisor at Entourage Management is focused on learning the training aspects of the business.  Supervisors begin to learn the interviewing process as well, as they learn how to seek out the qualities we need our vendors to possess.  Our supervisors train the vendors on the clients and products we represent as well as the systems we have in place. Supervisors at Entourage are expected to have a great attitude, an outstanding work ethic, and solid consistency.  They are not only responsible for managing themselves, but they are responsible for managing the attitudes and work ethics of the vendors as well.

Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager, you will begin to spend your time in the office learning all of the internal aspects of management including: administration, human resources, public relations, client management, social media, finances etc.

Manager

Once trained into management, you will be given the opportunity to oversee all of the day to day operations of the business.  You will be responsible for managing the internal functions including: human resources, administration, finances, client management, public relations, sales management and social media.  As a manager, it is important that you build and maintain client relationships.  Our goal is to develop long term relationships with our managers as they continue to grow and expand for our clients.  A management opportunity at Entourage is for someone who is driven to succeed and has a strong desire for a position of responsibility.

In our business, there is no seniority, no caps, and no ceilings.  Due to the high demand for our services, Entourage Management is looking for highly motivated individuals that are excited about opportunity. Only promoting from 100% within has created a strong unity that our team members, customers, and clients both recognize and appreciate.
