We had an amazing trip at our program’s Annual R&R last month! 4 days and 3 nights at the all-inclusive Hilton Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The island was absolutely beautiful and the resort was more then accommodating. There were multiple pools, a water park, amazing restaurants, live entertainment, dance floors, sailboats, jet skis, kayaks, speed boats, and a beautiful private beach. Each day was so much fun! We had almost the entire resort rented out for managers, assistant managers, and their families from all over the country. It was so wonderful to finally put names with faces and build stronger relationships with other offices. With more then 600 people attending, it was the best networking experience we’ve seen yet!
Our organization was lucky enough to make a trip to Dunn’s River Falls while we were there. A bus took us from the resort across the island to the beautiful waterfalls. We actually climbed up the waterfalls! It was challenging and an absolute blast! We were soaked from head to toe! What an amazing experience!
We held our annual Awards Ceremony at the resort. Our Program V.P.’s announced exciting upcoming promotions and events. They presented multiple awards, including Manager of the Year, Comeback Manager of the Year, Rookie Manager of the Year, Achievement Awards, and Presidents Awards. Specifically, we would like to recognize our organization’s Manager in Port Saint Lucie, FL, Brandon Marshall, for receiving an Achievement Award at the ceremony!
We also want to congratulate Brandon’s Promoting Manager, Ashley Martin, in Fort Myers, FL as well as Manager Rob Meyers in Denver, CO for receiving Presidents Awards! We are so proud of all of the Managers that received awards and all of the Managers for all of their hard work throughout the year! This R&R was well deserved! Congratulations, everyone!
Due to the network’s rapid expansion, we have had to add in another TOP LEADERS MEETING! The next meeting was originally set for next quarter, but the division is expanding like crazy!
The dates for the next meeting have been moved up to December 10th & 11th, 2013. The East Top Leaders Meeting will take place on the 10th, followed by the West on the 11th. The Meeting will take place at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. The best reps and leaders will be selected from each of the division’s offices throughout the country. Time to step up, everyone!!
Each quarter, our organizations come together for a Top Leaders Meeting. Attending these meetings is an amazing experience! The best managers from across the country speak on various topics that everyone can relate to, no matter which market he or she is in. The speakers teach the leaders about subjects such as Building Teams, Interviewing, and Setting Goals. This is such an awesome networking opportunity!
